Refund policy

At Helliza, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please review the conditions below, in accordance with Portuguese law.

Exchanges

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee stock availability for size or model exchanges.

If you wish to request an exchange, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. If the desired item is no longer available, you may choose to return the piece under the terms of our Returns Policy or wait for a new production run, which may take up to 1 month.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 consecutive days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by contacting:

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the returned item (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Conditions for Acceptance

Returned items must:

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or odors

  • Include all original tags and seals intact

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

Helliza reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In cases of defects, damage, or shipping errors, all return costs will be fully covered by Helliza.
